Team AngelWolf is a UAE-based licensed non-profit foundation promoting inclusion, accessibility, and community through sport and storytelling. Founded by Nick and Delphine Watson, inspired by their son Rio (a Person of Determination), the family – known as the “WolfPack” – participates together in endurance events worldwide, from triathlons and marathons to open water swims and cycling challenges. With over 450 races completed, they showcase what’s possible when barriers are removed and everyone is included. Daughter Tia, an accomplished triathlete, Guinness World Record holder, and founder of LittleXWolf – a clothing brand with the message Be An Includer, Leave Nobody Out – adds a youth voice and entrepreneurial drive to the mission. Through School & Corporate Impact Talks, Inclusive Sports Events, and adaptive innovations like the IMO Chair, Team AngelWolf raises awareness, fosters empathy, and inspires action. Every step, swim, and pedal stroke is dedicated to creating a world where all abilities belong and thrive.
