About the Community
At The Park is a free fitness community. Initially designed to assist a group of few friends in their fitness journey, the community rapidly expanded, now providing multiple free sessions per week, attracting over 350 participants. While starting with functional training, the community now offers a diverse range of activities, including yoga, running, pound workouts, cycling, and Zumba. With a strong commitment to health and wellness, At The Park stands as a vibrant and growing fitness community, offering free activities guided by experienced coaches, making it an excellent choice for those seeking fitness, fun, and connections.
